Who can sell to ReCellZone?
Repair shops, resellers, and refurbishers. Create a free account — we review new accounts before your first sale, and you'll get an email once you're approved.
Which screens do you buy?
Cracked-glass iPhone, Samsung, iPad and Apple Watch LCD and OLED screens, plus the other models on our members-only price list. Not sure if a screen is original or aftermarket? List it as original — we'll test it and tell you.
How much will I get paid?
Each model has a Grade A, B, and C price. When you submit a request we show an estimated range — every screen at Grade C up to every screen at Grade A.
Your final offer is based on how each screen grades in testing. Prices lock in on the day you submit, even if the market drops before your box arrives.
How do you test and grade?
Technicians test every screen by hand, not by machine, and each package is checked by two testers for accuracy. See the grade definitions.
How long does testing take?
Usually 1–3 business days after your package arrives, depending on quantity. We email you when your offer is ready.
How do I ship my screens?
Prepaid labels are temporarily unavailable. Buy a label from any carrier, ship the box to our Garland shop, and enter the carrier and tracking number with your request. You can fix the tracking on your sale page until we receive the package.
What happens to screens you don’t buy?
Defective, aftermarket, or damaged screens are separated in testing. You can sell them to us at the lower grade or get them back. If you decline the whole offer, upload a return shipping label from your sale page and we'll ship your screens back.
How and when do I get paid?
By PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App — your choice, set per sale. Store credit is coming soon. We send payment within 24 hours of you accepting the offer, and the payment details appear on your sale page.
I’m in Dallas–Fort Worth. Can I drop off in person?
Yes — visit our shop at 3212 N Jupiter Rd #119, Garland, TX 75044. Questions? Call us at (469) 556-3158.
Do you refurbish screens too?
Yes. Send cracked original iPhone, Samsung, iPad and Apple Watch screens: we replace the glass with OEM-grade glass, test every screen and ship them back. See the refurbish program for what we accept and how it works.
How much does screen refurbishing cost?
From $40 per screen, with a flat fee per model, and you pay only for screens that pass testing. The full price list is for members: create a free account to see it.
How long does refurbishing take?
Counted from the day your box arrives: 1 day for 1–10 screens, 2–3 days for 10–20 screens and 4–5 days for 20 or more.
What warranty do refurbished screens have?
A 45-day warranty, with a 1% defect rate. The returns policy lists what is covered for each screen type. Approved returns get the same part or store credit; call the store to start one.
How do I pay for refurbishing?
After we test your screens and post a quote, you pay it by PayPal, Zelle or Cash App, and we start refurbishing. There’s no fee for Zelle or Cash App; the quote adds a PayPal processing fee if you pay by PayPal.
