How we grade

Grade A

  • OEM screen with good LCD/OLED and no major damage or defect

Grade B

  • OEM screen with minor defects
  • LCD backlight, Toshiba screen, small dead pixel/spot
  • OLED: little screen burn, missing glass exposing the OLED/touch panel
  • Glass damaged at 4 corners

Grade C

  • OEM screen with major defects
  • Previously refurbished LCD/OLED
  • Heavy burn, heavy backlight damage, no touch on iPhone OLED
  • Severe glass damage, pressure/bullet point

What decides your payout?

Every model on our price list has a Grade A, B and C price. When you submit a sale you see an estimated range, from every screen at Grade C up to every screen at Grade A, and those prices lock in on the day you submit, even if the market drops before your box arrives.

Your final offer comes from what we count and grade in the box, not from the quantities on your request. Technicians test each screen by hand for display, touch and digitizer, and two testers check every package so the count is right.

Defective, aftermarket or damaged screens are separated in testing. You can sell them to us at the lower grade or get them back. If you decline the whole offer, you upload a return shipping label from your sale page and we ship your screens back on it.

Prices are for members only. Create a free account to see the full price list, or read our guide to selling cracked OLED screens.

How do you ship screens to us?

Ship with any carrier you like. Buy the label yourself, send the box to our Garland, Texas shop, and enter the carrier and tracking number with your request. You can fix the tracking on your sale page until we receive the package.

In Dallas–Fort Worth? You can also drop off your screens at our shop, 3212 N Jupiter Rd #119, Garland, TX 75044.

Pack screens so they can’t shift or press on each other: a rigid box, padding on every side, and screens kept upright and separated. Write your request number on the outside of the box.

Our guide on how to pack and ship cracked screens walks through it step by step.
